In Egypt, mothers often wash their children's new clothes several times before wearing. That's because Egyptian cotton becomes softer and softer as you wash it.
This is true for Sckoon Egyptian organic cotton baby clothing. The incredible
softness will even increase over time, with repeated washings!
Not only
that: unlike conventional cotton clothes, Sckoon 100% Egyptian Organic Cotton
uses no chemicals, including "resins." Resins are commonly used to reduce shrinkage
but also decrease natural softness. Non-resinated Egyptian organic cotton is incredibly
soft and soothing to a baby's skin, and feels wonderful to the touch.
Because Sckoon products are resin-free, they shrink approximately 4% when first
washed. To minimize shrinkage, please wash Sckoon clothes in warm water, gentle
cycle, and tumble dry on a low setting. |
