Lost or stolen packages
Almost all Domestic shipments* are shipped with delivery confirmation issued by the US Postal Office (USPS). Once delivery is confirmed by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries.
* Wholesale shipping to stores are shipped via UPS.
