Wholesale Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER

$250 minimum. 2 pieces per size/style/color.

PAYMENTS

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal and checks. If paid by checks, shipment will be made after the check is cleared.

SHIPPING FEE

For Continental U.S. State - Shipping fee for UPS Ground is $19.5 for orders less than $500, $24.5 for orders $500 - $799, and $29.5 for orders $800 - $1,000. For orders more than $1,000 we will provide you with the specify shipping cost.

For International order - we use U.S. Postal Office International Express Mail and charge actual costs.

Estimated Shipping costs are - Ship to CANADA; around 7-10% of the total order value.Ship to other countries; around 11-17% of the total order value.Shipment will be dispatched from New York, USA

Tax and Duty for International Orders:

Shoppers (or product recipients if sent to a different address) are responsible for duty and taxes on International orders.

Availability

All Sckoon Products, unless otherwise specify the delivery date, are available throughout the year for immediate delivery(we ship from our Miami, FL, warehouse within 3 days from the order).

BACKORDERS & LATE SHIPMENTS

Shipping(actual shipping costs rather than standard costs as stated above) will be charged on back orders and Late Shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel back orders.

Cancellation

Cancellations or reductions must be requested before shipping or within one week of submitting the original order. Orders cancelled after the week window will be subject to 10% cancellation fee.

Product Return

All sales are final except on damaged items. Please inspect shipment upon delivery, and if there are any damages or missing items, send a written communications (email or fax us) to obtain return authorization number. We do not accept any returns without our return authorization number. After 10 days items are no longer eligible for return or compensation.
