Sckoon Organics is committed to continually improving our services to you by offering the highest quality products and services available. Every item at www.sckoon.com is guaranteed. If something is "not quite" we want to make it right. We will never charge you a restocking fee. At Sckoon Organics, we do what it takes to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
To exchange a regular priced item, please ship it back to us via insured mail with return confirmation, or via UPS standard. You can exchange the item any time as far as we show it on www.sckoon.com as an available item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Be sure to enclose the packing slip came with the shipment and use the sheet to indicate what item (product name, product code, and size, color)you would like to exchange. Please include $4.90 personal check for the shipping fee for the exchange item(s).
Sorry, but we cannot offer exchanges or issue refunds for items that have been used, washed or are missing their complete packaging.
To return a regular priced item for refund, send it to us via insured mail with return confirmation or UPS within 3 weeks from the purchase date. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Please include the packing slip in your package as a proof of purchase. Retail purchases should be returned to the store of original purchase; this address is for products purchased from www.sckoon.com only. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
For orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

ALL Furniture, Nursery + Gear Return Policy:
Because of high shipping cost, Sckoon Organics does not accept returns or exchanges for nursery furiture and related items. If an item has been received and it is not the actual item ordered, all of the original packaging must be retained in order for the manufacturer to exchange the item. Please e-mail Customer Service, to obtain a return authorization number, and be sure to have the SKU and style number of the item on hand. Sckoon Organics will arrange to have the incorrect item picked up immediately and the correct one sent by the manufacturer.
*ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALES: we have to stick to this policy without exceptions as these are clearance products not to be continued.
**If orders shipped with free shipping promotions are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the exchange/refund amount.
General Return Policy
Sckoon Organics items purchased at full price are returnable within 20 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Unless returned items are in original condition, they are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any damages must be reported within 20 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.
Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift Certificate/Voucher Return Policy
Items purchased with voucher codes and gift certificates are only exchangeable but not refundable. Unless returned items are in original condition, exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Sckoon.com and Sckoonorganics.com
We cannot accept returns for items purchased through our retailer. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
Steps to return/exchane items from Sckoon.com or SckoonOrganics.com
Enclosed in your package, please find our packing slip. Be sure to include this form in the package you send back to us.
For exchange items, please return the item(s) with your original packing slip to show the date of purchase, and also include a check of $4.90 for a reshipping postage + 15% restocking fee for your returned item . Please indicate the item code, product name and size for the item you would like to exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sckoon Organics is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the original item(s) are received at Sckoon Organics, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt.
