| General Return Policy
Sckoon Organics items purchased at full price are returnable within 20 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any damages must be reported within 20 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.
Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Sckoon.com and Sckoonorganics.com
We cannot accept returns for items purchased through our retailer. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
Steps to return/exchane items from Sckoon.com or SckoonOrganics.com
Enclosed in your package, please find our packing slip. Be sure to include this form in the package you send back to us.
For exchange items, please return the item(s) with your original packing slip to show the date of purchase, and also include a check of $4.90 for a reshipping postage + 15% restocking fee for your returned item . Please indicate the item code, product name and size for the item you would like to exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sckoon Organics is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the original item(s) are received at Sckoon Organics, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Customers
are responsible for payment of shipping, duty and taxes charges related to returns
and exchanges, unless you have received an incorrect item. In that case Sckoon
will refund the shipping, duty and tax charges.
