Period Cravings & How To Curb Them Without The Guilt!

 

Many women (ourselves included) deal with period cravings shortly before our period arrives – it’s usually one of the first signs that your period is coming to visit. If you want to learn guilt free ways to satisfy your period cravings – read on to learn more!

WHAT ARE PERIOD CRAVINGS?

That nagging you have in the back of your mind, when you feel like you MUST HAVE CHOCOLATE right now, and your period is right around the corner – that may be a period craving. Don’t worry! Period cravings are very common. They also vary from person to person, so you may not crave chocolate – this is also normal. For example, I crave peanut butter and chocolate but I have also had cravings for steak (red meat) and greasy fries.
