Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, please call us or email our customer service department at Aly@sckoon.com, within 30 days of the order date. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. We will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price paid (less shipping and handling). The return products must be in original condition.
For SckoonCup, we are offering a 60 days money back guarantee since August 15, 2015. Please try at least 2 -3 cycles and if you are not satisfied, please contact us for a return authorization. You will need to return your cup within 60 days from your order day, and we will refund the price of the cup to the same account of the purchaser. You will need to return your cup at your cost and please keep the package tracking number.
Please include your return reason, any exchange instructions, and your order number.
For orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund. For exchange, a new shipping and handling charge of $6.90 ($12.90 for international) will apply; please make sure to include a check for this amount, or we cannot send you exchange item(s).
Sckoon Inc reserves the right to determine the condition of the product(s) and proceed accordingly.
